Four Months Later...

So many projects, so many plans, so little time. Here is what I have been up to for the past few months.

Camaléon, the lime green and chartreuse is one of the first Latin of the year. A fun color combo, but I can't say lime is my favorite colour. I am, however, a little obsessed with baby pink currently. This one I wanted to work on my draping. I was a little hesitant, but persistent vision pushed onward. Perhaps next time a little longer and more pointed on the front, but this draper did not disappoint in movement on the floor.

The 2018 ballroom collection slowly pulls itself together. Although I tried to ban myself from making more blue ballroom dresses, it looks like I completely started off with blue anyway. What can I say, it is my favorite colour for ballroom.

Showcase sneaked up on me this month with this last minute dress request. So 4 hrs the day before I threw this little dress together with no fittings and never hardly meeting the client. I picked the perfect colour she wanted, it fit her almost perfectly and she was in love. I proved it can be done, but please not all the time.

Anya pulled this one out for her own showcase. Designed and sewn by her, I think it's the best dress yet from her.

And here my makeshift tags grin back at me until the official ones come in. Very excited about this!
