Where are your garments made?
All garments are made by hand in the USA.​​​
Do you have the same ready-made garment in another color or size?
Typically no. Each garment is a one-of a kind-piece, unless otherwise stated.
What sizes do you offer?
Typically I favor size S -M. But on occasion there may be XS or L. Garments are generally made for those that are more vertically gifted.
Try-On
How do I try on a dress?
For those living in Los Angeles, CA: Please contact Sury Designs directly and we’ll arrange a try-on date at a local dance studio. For those outside of Los Angeles, CA: Dresses can be shipped to your home or studio with a signed customer agreement form and prepayment of shipping and handling. You have 3 days to try the garment on. Contact Sury Designs to authorize payment or return ship. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
Custom
How long does it take to create a custom design?
Typically six to ten weeks, depending on the complexity. Express options may be available, but are not guaranteed. 50% surcharge for rush production.
What is the process for a custom garment?
Production of custom garments begins after: approval of the design sketch and fabric samples, 50% down payment and the receipt of the customer’s most recent measurements. Excessive deviation from the original design is subject to additional charges. After the 1st preliminary build there will be a fitting. After these refinements and embellishments are made and if necessary a final fitting.
Can I get a copy of my custom design sketch and fabric samples?
Yes! A copy of the design sketch can be attained for $25 and fabric samples are free upon request.
What is the cost of a custom designed garment?
As each design is original, prices vary depending on complexity. Typically the budget is mutually agreed upon, starting at $650.

Shipping
How long until my garment arrives?
Garments may be picked up in person at a dance studio of your choice or delivered. Shipping varies, usually 4-5 days in the continental U.S. and 3-4 weeks internationally. Expedited options are available. All garments are mailed with tracking. The tracking number will be emailed or texted to you once your garment is in transit.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies, depending on weight, carrier and country.
Which carrier do you use?
Preferred shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx. If you have a different preference, please choose. Shipping and insurance charges are not included in product prices and must be paid prior to shipment.
What if a shipment is lost?
All shipments are insured for their retail value. Please make a claim as soon as possible with the provided tracking number and contact Sury Designs as soon as possible.
If a package that has been shipped internationally has not arrived please check customs. It is possibly being held due to additional import fees, that Sury Designs can not control or build into shipping costs.
Payment
What payment options do you accept?
All major credit cards, checks, wire transfers, PayPal and cash are all accepted. Invoices and payment contracts will be sent with all orders.
Are alterations included in prices?
Simple alterations (strap adjustments, hemming or changing cups etc.) are included in the price. Further alterations (such as adding decorations or revamps) are not included in the sale price, but can be done for a separate fee.
Can I get my garment before payment is complete?
Payment in full is required to obtain possession of any garment. Payment in full is required before any garment is delivered to buyer. Payment plans are available and will be noted on the receipt/invoice.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ready-made item, feel free to exchange it for store credit, unused and in its original condition, within 7 days of your purchase. Items that have been visibly worn or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange. Store credit must be used within 6 months and is good on any item of equal value in the store.​
What is your refund policy?
Please note that refunds are not offered on any purchases, only store credit.
Can I return a custom garment?
Custom items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
What is your cancellation policy?
Custom orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is originally placed and approved. Custom orders incur a $75 cancellation fee. Deposits will be forfeited if not canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
